摘要
Abstract
For the purpose of exploring the user expectation in the future intelligent driving scene,this paper adopts the experimental method of setting up the stage to guide the subjects to think by means of action performance,sketching,props display and user interview.It is concluded that the user expectations in the future intelligent driving scene include five aspects:social interaction,mobile home,variability,intelligence and voice assistant,and the research model of user expectation in the future intelligent driving scenario is also summarized.The model shifts users'focus from past events,objects,knowledge and memory to the future,generates new user expectations to guide design practice,and helps designers to make better judgments on automobile design concepts in the early stage of design.关键词
