Abstract
With the increasing demand for manufactured sand in the construction industry and the development of the manufactured sand industry,there is an increasing demand for improving the quality of particle size grading.The study of the motion law of manufactured sand in air separation is the foundation of the structure and air speed design of air classification equipment,and has important significance for improving the grading effect.This paper takes the motion law of sand as the research object,and studied the motion trajectory of sand particles through theoretical analysis.A mathematical model of sand particle air separation motion was established,and the model was calculated using Matlab.The results indicate that factors such as sand particle size,airflow velocity,and tuyere height significantly affect the final airflow classification effect.关键词
