Abstract
Project safety management is the core content of construction projects,and some construction enterprises pursue benefits excessively,which leads to frequent accidents in construction projects.In-depth study of project safety management is helpful to improve engineering quality and reduce the probability of accidents.How to manage the project safety and how to grasp the various risk factors in the process of project implementation have become an urgent problem for every project manager.In this paper,the extreme gradient lifting tree model is used to study the project safety management,establish the safety management model and establish the safety level,so as to provide a basis for project managers to make decisions on safety management.关键词
