太原市住宅区与零售业关联分析

Abstract
In order to study the spatial correlation between residential areas and retail industry in Taiyuan City,this paper takes the six districts of Taiyuan City as the research object.Based on the POI data of residential areas and retail industry,the kernel density estimation and correlation analysis methods are used to explore the spatial correlation between residential areas and retail industry,and the trend analysis in geostatistics is further used to estimate the spatial relationship between residential prices and retail industry layout.The results show that:The spatial layout of residential areas and retail industry in Taiyuan is as follows:the center of Taiyuan is contiguous and the periphery of the city is mostly"isolated"point-like agglomeration.The correlation coefficient of nuclear density between residential area and retail industry in Taiyuan is 0.878.The residential area has a strong spatial correlation and agglomeration with convenience stores,and has a poor spatial correlation and agglomeration with supermarkets and shopping malls.The spatial distribution pattern of housing prices in Taiyuan is'one center,multiple sub-centers',which conforms to the spatial density distribution law of retail industry.This shows that the planning of retail industry can be carried out according to different living space conditions,so as to optimize the layout of commercial and residential space in Taiyuan and promote the sustainable development of the city.关键词
