Abstract
The steel box girder project of Cuijiaya Super Bridge is an important livelihood project in the local area.The pro-ject crosses the existing Zhongchuan Railway and the middle line of the existing railway is 75°,so the construction is difficult and dangerous.In order to successfully complete the construction task,the steel box girder construction is carried out by pushing method,and a variety of construction simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the construction of the steel box girder project of Cuijiaya Large Bridge,so as to ensure the stiffness,strength and stability of the structure.The analysis shows that:Dur-ing the whole push construction process,the maximum combined stress of the steel box beam is 31.0 MPa<265 MPa,which oc-curs at the fulm of the steel box beam,and the maximum combined stress of the guide beam is 62.7 MPa<250 MPa,which oc-curs at the middle of the guide beam.The maximum deflection of the steel box beam is 21.8 mm,and the maximum deflection of the guide beam is 48.0 mm.When the maximum cantilever length of the guide beam is 33.3 m,all of them are less than L/400= 83.2 mm,and the strength,stiffness and stability meet the relevant requirements.According to the local stress analysis of the steel box girder,the maximum stress is 137.5 MPa<265 MPa,which occurs at the end of the contact position between the steel box girder and the cushion beam,meeting the relevant specifications.According to the local stress analysis of the guide beam,the maximum stress is 176.5 MPa<265 MPa,which occurs at the end of the contact position between the guide beam and the cush-ion beam,meeting the requirements of the relevant specifications.关键词
