摘要

Abstract

Improving the quality of railway switches is of great significance for improving the operational safety and service life of railway lines.Four major classification results have been formed based on the classification and analysis of common problems with railway turnouts,including geometric size problems,guide curve problems,switch problems,and frog problems.On the basis of this classification,the overall fitness function and classification fitness function were designed.Experimental studies are carried out on 10 groups of turnouts,and the experimental results show that the service days and the total overweight of the turnouts optimized in this paper have been significantly increased,and the quality of the turnouts has been significantly improved.
