烘炉燃烧器空燃比精细化控制研究与现场应用

Abstract
In order to improve the combustion efficiency of the burner,the application effect of fine control of air-fuel ratio in the burner is studied.By using the method and device of fine control of gas and air volume respectively,several optimal air-fuel ratio data are obtained during the operation of the burner,and the control curve is generated according to the air-fuel ratio data.The burner control system can independently control the opening of air valve and gas valve according to the control curve.The energy saving was evaluated by measuring the CO content of tail smoke.The results show that fine control of air-fuel ratio can accurately control the opening of air valve and gas valve,the air-fuel ratio can be adjusted under different valve opening,and the CO content of tail smoke is low.It shows that fine control of air-fuel ratio can effectively improve the combustion efficiency of the burner,save gas consumption and reduce carbon emissions.关键词
