Abstract
In the circular material yard of multi-coal mixed thermal power plant,due to planning,temporary planning or emergency arrangement,it is common for two kinds of coal to be stacked on top of each other.The deployed automatic material extraction control system can not complete the accurate material extraction operation under such complex working conditions,which affects the operation efficiency;on the other hand,mixing may occur in the manual material extraction process because the boundary is not clear.Combined with the pan coal data,by adding parameter decomposition logic such as operation rotation,layer opening and pitching inch movement to the automatic picking control system,the safe distance is reserved at the cross stack boundary to ensure that there will not be mixed fetching.According to the data of two kinds of coal rest angle,different ladder strategies are calculated in the case of multiple stacking and fetching,so as to ensure that the collapse does not occur and comprehensively realize the intelligent control process of unilateral automatic fetching.关键词
