摘要

Abstract

The practical application of slag turning process in the production of aluminum-containing steel in a steelmaking plant is described.In the production of aluminous steel,lime and synthetic refining slag are usually used in the first four furnaces of the plant,while the top slag of the ladle in the previous furnace is used to add part of the slag at the same time.Then deoxidation slagging,degassing,calcium treatment,soft blowing and other operations continue in refining.Through the analysis of the sulfur change in the production process,the pouring curve of molten steel,the level of inclusions in the continuous casting billet and the economic benefits,the results show that the purity of the product of aluminum-containing steel is improved after slagging process,which can be popularized and promoted.
