BIM技术在城市建设机电工程管理中的应用OA

传统机电工程施工中高新技术采用较少,为提升机电工程管理水平,该文探讨BIM技术在城市建设机电工程领域中的应用.采用BIM技术在虚拟空间构建数字模型,然后设置相关的技术参数、施工定额、构件清单和联动模块,通过碰撞试验、模拟施工、数字标记等方式进行检验.结果表明,运用BIM技术可以有效进行质量管理、成本管理、进度管理、安全管理、协调管理和运营管理,在保证工程质量的同时节约投资、缩短工期.说明采用BIM技术可以有效提升机电工程管理水平,并且为相关参建单位提供便捷的数据共享平台,推动城市建设的发展.

High and new technology is seldom used in traditional electromechanical engineering construction.In order to improve the management level of electromechanical engineering,this paper discusses the application of BIM technology in the field of electromechanical engineering in urban construction.Using BIM technology to build a digital model in the virtual space,and then set the relevant technical parameters,construction quota,component list,linkage module,through the collision test,simulated construction,digital marking and other ways to verify.The results show that the application of BIM technology can effectively carry out quality management,cost management,schedule management,safety management,coordination management and operation management,which not only ensures the project quality,but also saves investment and shortens the construction period.It is shown that the use of BIM technology can effectively improve the level of mechanical and electrical engineering management,and provide a convenient data sharing platform for relevant construction units,thus promoting the development of urban construction.
