Determination of β-Agonists Residues in Pork by Spe-Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract
Objective:To establish a rapid analysis method for simultaneous determination of β-receptor agonists in pork.Methods:Using self-made detection kits for extraction and purification,high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was employed with 0.1%formic acid water + 0.1%formic acid/acetonitrile as the mobile phase,followed by gradient elution.Results:At the spiked levels of 0.5,1,and 5 μg/kg,the recoveries ranged from 70.8%to 92.0%,and the relative deviations were between 8.9%and 15.2%.The correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999.Conclusion:This method is simple and rapid,and can be applied for the simultaneous determination of β-receptor agonist residues in pork.关键词
