Abstract
In this article,the spark direct-reading spectrometer was used to conduct analysis the sulfur content for copper anode,choose the best spark direct reading spectrometer detecting copper anode precombustion time,the best exposure time,scope of work curve,analysis instrument condition parameters such as wavelength,at the same time for copper anode plate sample processing and preparation methods and calibration curve method,the uniformity of the sample were studied,through a standard sample.The accuracy of the proposed method was verified by comparing with infrared carbon-sulfur method,and the precision experiment was carried out.The results show that the precision and accuracy of the proposed method are good.This method can effectively shorten the time of analysis and detection,and realize the determination of impurity elements in the anode plate,which meets the requirements of production control.关键词
