Abstract
Tangerine peel,bergamot,citrus red,and morinda officinalis are high demand medicinal and food homologous foods.Although relevant technical guidance has been emphasized in the Quality Management Standards for Traditional Chinese Medicine Production,there is still a phenomenon of pesticide abuse during the planting process.Based on this,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is used to detect organophosphorus pesticide residues in medicinal and edible foods such as tangerine peel,bergamot,citrus red,and morinda officinalis.The aim is to provide a high sensitivity,simple operation,and low-cost detection method for the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in such foods.关键词
