本文高效液相色谱分析法检测化妆品中的4种化学防晒剂:甲酚曲唑三硅氧烷、乙基己基三嗪酮、亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚、双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪,对目标化合物的分离采用Symmetry C18色谱柱,并用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器进行分析,以水+高氯酸(300+0.25)-甲醇-四氢呋喃为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为35°C,检测波长为311 nm.样品经四氢呋喃超声提取,外标法进行定量.在高、低两种加标水平下,…查看全部>>
