Analysis of Factors Influencing Energy Consumption of Industrial Robots Based on National Standards

Abstract
As the largest industrial robot application country in the world,China has a huge energy consumption in the operation process of industrial robots.In response to the policy requirements of national carbon peak and carbon neutrality,this article first analyzes the working principle of industrial robots and their energy flow.Then,based on the testing method of national standards,using Leica laser tracker to ensure that the running trajectory and speed of industrial robot samples meet the standard requirements,several factors that have a significant impact on the energy consumption of industrial robots,such as static energy consumption,drivers,load mass,motion speed and acceleration,are compared and tested.The influence of each factor on the energy consumption of industrial robots is analyzed through the energy consumption monitoring data of power analyzer,providing direction for research on energy saving in the design and application of industrial robots.关键词
