拜登政府的南海政策与中国的应对策略
Biden Administration's South China Sea Policy and China's Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
Biden Administration's South China Sea policy continued Trump Administration's hard line towards China,but made adjustments in specific measures,implementing the"integrated deterrence"strategy and emphasizing the compre-hensive use of multiple means.The South China Sea policy of Biden Administration aimed to increase China's action costs,curb China's peaceful rise,consolidate the dominant position of the United States in the global and Asia Pacific regions,and assist in the layout of the"Indo-Pacific Strategy".Currently,the implementation of the U.S.South China Sea policy is constrained by factors such as intensified domestic conflicts,decreased regional military deterrence,and wa-vering attitudes of ASEAN countries.China should deepen cooperation with ASEAN countries,actively improve bilateral and multilateral maritime dialogue mechanisms,and firmly maintain peace and stability in the South China Sea region.关键词
