以三峡为核心的长江上游水库群防洪优化调度策略
Optimal operation strategies for joint flood control of reservoirs in upper reaches of Changjiang River with Three Gorges Reservoir as a core

Abstract
The joint flood control operation of the giant reservoirs in the upper reaches of Changjiang River plays an important role in the safety of Changjiang River Basin and the construction of Changjiang River Economic Belt.In order to further reduce the excess volume of 1954 flood,a typical flood control object for Changjiang River,based on the current joint flood control operation scheme and the multi-regional coordinated flood control operation model of reservoir groups,under comprehensive consideration on the coordination mode of reservoirs in the upper reaches of Changjiang River,the flood control operation of Three Gorges Reser-voir(TGR),the flood control conditions in the middle and lower reaches of Changjiang River and the backwater safety of TGR,different optimal operation strategies of joint flood control operation of reservoir groups with TGR as a core were accordingly put forward with different research perspectives.The three flood control strategies are a strategy of still conducting supplementary flood control for the Chenglingji area,a strategy of flood control for Jingjiang reach and a strategy of considering backwater impact.The calculation results indicated that the proposed three strategies are practical and effective for effectively reducing the excess flood volume of 1954-type flood by more than 10%,so as to provide thinking,suggestions and decision-making reference for real-time flood control operation and operation scheme preparation of Changjiang River flood prevention.关键词
