全物理交联水凝胶的制备与性能研究
Preparation and Properties Investigation of Fully Physically Crosslinked Hydrogels

Abstract
The microcrystal-hydrophobic association-hydrogen bond triple physically cross-linked hydrogel has been prepared via free radical polymerization and freezing using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and gum arabic(GA)as polymer matrix in the present study.Potassium persulfate and sodium hydrogen sulfite are used as the initiators,acrylamide(AM)and acrylic acid(AA)are used as hydrophilic monomers,octadecyl methacrylate(SMA)is used as hydrophobic monomers,dodecane sodium benzenesulfonate(SDBS)is used as surfactant.Then,Fe3+ is introduced into the hydrogel by immersing in FeCl3 aqueous solution to form ionic cross-linking with—COO-in the hydrogel,and the microcrystal-hydrophobic association-hydrogen bond-ion fully physically cross-linked hydrogel is obtained.By varying the amount of SDBS,PVA,and Fe3+,hydrogels with different contents of SDBS,PVA,and Fe3+ are prepared.The mechanical performances tests show that the optimal strength,modulus,elongation at break,and fracture energy of the hydrogel can reach 5.12 MPa,3.53 MPa,2230% and 26.96 MJ/m3,respectively.By testing the swelling properties of the hydrogel,the results show that the maximum swelling degree of the microcrystal-hydrophobic association-hydrogen bond triple physically cross-linked hydrogel can reach 135.58 times.关键词
