摘要

Abstract

Based on the study of the non-planar Z-shaped space curved pipeline,the finite element model is built based on ANSYS Workbench,and the fluid-structure interaction vibration characteristics are analyzed.The results show that under the action of fluid-structure interaction,the first six-order natural frequencies of the space curved pipeline decrease by about 17.0%;for every 20 mm increase in bending radius,the first six-order natural frequencies increase by 1.0% to 3.0%;for every 10 GPa increase in elastic modulus,the first six-order natural frequencies increase by about 2.5%;the transport medium is changed from air to diesel,and the first six-order natural frequencies decrease by about 13.0%,the transmission medium changed from diesel oil to crude oil,the first six-order natural frequencies decreased by about 3.7%.The fluid-structure interaction can reduce the first six-order natural frequencies of the non-planar Z-shaped space curved pipeline,but it has no effect on the vibration mode of pipeline,the natural frequency increases with the increase of bending radius and elastic modulus,the density of conveying medium has a significant effect on the natural frequency.
