摘要

Abstract

Changlongshan Pumped Storage Power Station is governed by the East China Power Grid Dispatch Center.This paper provides a detailed explanation of the control strategy of load group pull slant,active power distribution strategy,unit startup and shutdown strategy,and the function of supporting the power grid in case of emergency.It also provides a method to calculate the power station's available support capacity in various operating conditions.The strategies introduced in this paper apply to pumped storage power stations governed by the East China Power Grid Dispatch Center and may also serve as a reference for other pumped storage power stations for dispatch purpose.
