基于络病理论应用中药灌肠法辨治溃疡性结肠炎
Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis Based on Collateral Disease Theory Using Chinese Medicinal Enema
摘要
Abstract
Guided by collateral diseases theory,Chinese medicinal enema treatment for ulcerative colitis(UC)is applied.The occurrence of UC is closely related to diet,emotion,external evil and endowment.The primary disease mechanism of UC is spleen deficiency and accumulation of dampness,stagnation of phlegm,stasis and toxin,and injury of intestinal collaterals.The formula for enema is mainly for dispelling damp heat,regulating qi and blood,and unblocking intestinal collaterals,as well as for tonifying healthy qi,and according to different pathological conditions of collaterals,such as stagnation of collateral qi,stasis in collaterals,heat toxin blocking collaterals,collateral spasm and injury,collateral blocking developing into accumulation,deficient collateral with malnutrition.The clinical effect is definite.关键词
