虎符铜砭刮痧联合疏肝调神针法治疗帕金森病肌强直临床研究
Clinical Study on Tiger Talisman Copper Needle Scraping Combined with Dredging Liver and Regulating Mind Acupuncture in the Treatment of Myotonia in Parkinson's Disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tiger Talisman Copper Needle Scraping combined with dredging liver and regulating mind acupuncture in the treatment of myotonia in Parkin-son's disease(PD).Methods:Totally,84 patients with myotonia in PD were include and randomly divided into control group and observation group,42 patients in each group.The control group was given oral administration of levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets,and the dose was adjusted according to disease severity.The observation group was further treated with Tiger Talisman Copper Needle Scraping scraping and dredging liver and regulating mind acupuncture besides the treatment in control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Scores of UPDRS Ⅲ,UPDRS myotonia,muscle tension,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)tremor dysfunction,and TCM quality of life were measured before treatment,in the 6th week and 12th week after treatment efficacy was evaluated.Results:1)After treatment,scores of UPDRS Ⅲ,UPDRS myotonia,muscle tension,TCM tremor dysfunction and TCM quality of life were improved in both group(P＜0.05).Comparison between groups showed that the scores of each index in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.01).Comparison between outcomes in the 12th week and 6th week showed that there was no significant difference in the scores of myotonia and muscle tension in the control group(P＞0.05),but there were statistically differences in the scores of UPDRS Ⅲ,TCM tremor dysfunction and TCM quality of life(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).There were statistically significant differences in the above indexes between the observation group and the control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).2)The total effectiveness rate was 87.80％in the observation group,and in the control group was 59.52％,with a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The clinical efficacy of Tiger Talisman Copper Needle Scraping scraping combined with soothing liver and regulating mind acupuncture in the treatment of myotonia in PD was remarkable.It could improve the quality of life of patients with obvious synergistic effect.关键词
