史锁芳运用乌梅丸的临床思路
Study on the Clinical Thoughts by Professor SHI Suofang on Using Wumei Pill(乌梅丸)
摘要
Abstract
Wumei Pill(乌 梅 丸),a classical formula invented by ZHANG Zhongjing,has been attached importance to by doctors of all generations.It is widely applied in modern clinical practice to treat diseases of internal medicine,surgery,gynecology and pediatrician,and is regarded as a effective formula for complicated and stubborn diseases by most doctors.Professor SHI Suofang has a deep understanding of Wumei Pill,and has repeatedly achieved good results in clinical application,mostly from the three aspects of syndrome differentiation of Jueyin disease and timing for Jueyin relieving,and theory of open-close-pivot.In clinical practice,disease mechanism of"mixed cold and heat,coexistence of deficiency and excess",timing of"Jueyin relieving",and disordered qi movement of"open-close-pivot"should be focused.The original medicinals of Wumei Pill are indis-pensable,the dosage is flexible and varied,and at the same time the time of taking the medicine should be emphasized,in order to obtain good effect.关键词
