中医药抗肿瘤治疗致骨髓抑制的研究进展
Research Progress on Treating Myelosuppression Caused by Anti-tumor Therapy with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Myelosuppression caused by antitumor therapy is a common adverse reaction in clinic.It can severely affect the subsequent treatment for which Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment is effective with special advantages.The understanding of name,disease mechanism,and treatment principle of myelosuppression by TCM were elucidated,and were summarized on the research progress from 3 aspects,the internal treatment,external treatment,traditional martial arts.The representative formulas,oral Chinese patent medicines and intravenous preparations of Chinese medicinal in TCM internal treatment can effectively reduce the incidence and degree of myelosuppression,supported by many clinical and mechanistic studies;external treatment of TCM can reduce the occurrence of myelosuppression,with effect similar to leucoson and human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor injection;TCM martial arts treatment can reduce the occurrence of bone marrow suppression,and researches usually focuses on the improvement of subjective symptoms,and therefore more clinical studies are still needed to provide an objective and effective basis for the treatment of TCM martial arts.There are 49 papers cited in references.关键词
