脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离首次玻璃体切割术、巩膜扣带术治疗效果对比观察
Comparative observation of treatment efficacy of pars plana vitrectomy and scleral buckling in the initial treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with choroidal detachment

Abstract
Objective To compare and observe the efficacy of pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)and scleral buckling(SB)in the initial treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with choroidal detachment and to explore the choice of the initial surgical approach for such cases.Methods Twenty-two patients(22 eyes)with rhegmatogenous retinal de-tachment and choroidal detachment were included.They were divided into two groups:the PPV group(11 patients,11 eyes)and the SB group(11 patients,11 eyes).In the PPV group,patients received PPV as the initial treatment,while in the SB group,patients underwent SB as the initial treatment.Subsequent surgeries were performed based on individual pa-tients'conditions.The rates of retinal reattachment after the first surgery,final retinal reattachment,final corrected visual acuity three months postoperatively,and the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results In the PPV group,the retinal reattachment rate after the first surgery was 81.8%(9/11),and the final retinal reattachment rate was 81.8%(9/11).In the SB group,the retinal reattachment rate after the first surgery was 63.6%(7/11),and the final retinal reattachment rate was 90.9%(10/11).There was no signif-icant difference between the two groups(all P>0.05).At three months after surgery,there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of final corrected visual acuity,the incidence of intraoperative complications,or the inci-dence of postoperative complications(all P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with choroidal detachment,PPV and SB demonstrated comparable efficacy.关键词
