Abstract
Starting from the practice of land consolidation in Shanghai metropolis,this article systematically summarizes the key practices of land consolidation in Shanghai.Based on this,it analyzes and summarizes its comprehensive effectiveness inmaintaining the Red Line of cultivated land protection,optimizing the spatial pattern of urban and rural land,anchoring the bottom line of urban ecological security,promoting rural revitalization and urban-rural integration,and other aspects.Aiming at the new situation and new requirements of Chinese path to modernization in the new era,the paper further analyzes the problems and challenges faced by land consolidation in Shanghai metropolis,proposes its future development direction and countermeasures,and makes clear that the future land consolidation in Shanghai will take promoting the high-quality use of natural resources,meeting the needs of people for high-quality life,and achieving efficient governance of land and space as the starting point and end point,and gradually moving towards modern spatial governance centered on spatial reconstruction,resource redistribution,functional restructuring,and quality reshaping,which will provide stronger support for the implementation of Shanghai's urban ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization strategy.关键词
