基于开源思维的线上设计合作模式
ONLINE DESIGN COOPERATION MODEL BASED ON OPEN SOURCE THINKING

Abstract
To broaden the theoretical extension and method system of design cooperation mode,and enrich the multi-dimensional research system of open source thinking design in terms of mechanism interpretation framework and sample analysis.This paper analyzed the features and advantages of open source thinking in design cooperation through interdisciplinary research method,literature analysis method and simulation method,and analyzed the path of integration of open source thinking and traditional design cooperation from the perspective of organization structure and method construction.A new model of open source design cooperation,"three-axis continuous diamond model",is constructed and proposed.The open source design cooperation model is optimized for traditional design methods,with advantages such as high degree of freedom in design collaboration,fast innovation speed,and sustainability,in order to adapt to the development needs of the design market.关键词
