Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of hsa_circRNA6448-14 on the malignant proliferation of e-sophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)cells and explore its clinical significance.Methods ESCC KYSE30 and KYSE150 cell lines with hsa_circRNA6448-14 knockdown were established and divided into control group and knockdown group.The relative expression of hsa_circRNA6448-14 in cells of each group was detected by qRT-PCR.The proliferation ability of cells in each group was detected by CCK8 assay and plate cloning assay.The differences of hsa_circRNA6448-14 expression and in vitro proliferation ability be-tween the two groups were compared by t test.Results Compared with the control groups,the relative ex-pression level of hsa_circRNA6448-14 in observation groups was significantly decreased(P＜0.05),and the proliferation ability was significantly decreased in vitro(P＜0.05),with statistical significance.Con-clusion hsa_circRNA6448-14 is a key regulatory factor in the malignant proliferation of ESCC cells,and targeting hsa_circRNA6448-14 may inhibit the malignant evolution of ESCC cells.关键词
