IRBIT在人食管癌组织中表达状况的初步研究
Expression of IRBIT in Human Esophageal Carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the expression of IRBIT(IP3 receptor binding protein)in esophageal cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of IRBIT in tissues of 100 patients with mild esophagitis and 100 patients with esophageal cancer,and the expression differences between early esophageal cancer and mid to late stage esophageal cancer were compared.Results The pos-itive expression of IRBIT in esophageal cancer group was lower than that in mild esophagitis group,and the negative expression was higher than that in mild esophagitis group,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05);The positive expression of IRBIT in the advanced esophageal cancer was lower than that in the early esophageal cancer,the difference was significant(P＜0.017).Conclusion The expression of IRBIT was the highest in mild esophagitis tissues,followed by early esophageal cancer,and the lowest in advanced esoph-ageal cancer.IRBIT may play a role as a tumor suppressor gene in humans.关键词
