Abstract
Objective To identify the immune genes related to the occurrence and development of esoph-ageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)through tumor immune infiltration analysis of the gene expression profile.Methods Methods The gene chip expression data of GSE20347 ESCC were analyzed based on clusterProfiler algorithm and tumor-related database.Results 15 immune-related pathways and hub genes were obtained through gene set enrichment analysis(GSEA).Immune infiltration analysis suggested that there were correlation between the expression levels of various immune cells and hub genes.Conclusion AT-AD5,ATM,EHMT2,PTPN14,UTP18 and their significantly related immune cells may provide a theoretical basis for the study of ESCC immunity.关键词
