肿瘤微环境在食管癌中的研究进展
Research Progress of Tumor Microenvironment in Esophageal Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Esophageal cancer(EC)is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system with an insidi-ous onset and strong invasion.Additionally,most patients have a poor therapeutic effect.The tumor microen-vironment(TME)is the local environment in which tumor cells survive.It is involved in important biological processes such as tumor cell proliferation,metastasis,and immune escape.TME can regulate the occurrence and development of EC and treat drug resistance through synergistic action with tumor cells and their cyto-kines.In this paper,the composition of the EC microenvironment and the latest progress of targeted TME therapy for EC were reviewed,aiming to provide new ideas and a theoretical basis for the prevention and treat-ment of EC.关键词
