口腔微生物与食管癌关系的研究进展
Progress of Research on the Relationship between Oral Microorganisms and Esophageal Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Esophageal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system,and its etiology is complex and multifaceted.In addition to known factors such as genetic alterations,alcohol consumption,and smoking,several studies have suggested that oral microbiota may play a significant role in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer.Due to the anatomical continuity between the oral cavity and the esophagus,these two sites have similarities in microbial composition.Therefore,alterations in oral microbiota may impact the microbial ecology of the esophagus,thereby influencing the development of esophageal cancer.This review aims to summarize the research progress on the relationship between oral microbiota and esopha-geal cancer and to compare the differences in their roles in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and esopha-geal adenocarcinoma,with the goal of providing a theoretical basis for the early prediction and treatment of e-sophageal cancer.关键词
