Abstract

The micro-vibration generated during the attitude adjustment to a spaceborne antenna has a great effect on the pointing accuracy and stability of the spacecraft.Therefore,the analysis and design for the micro-vibration has become an important part of the high-precision spacecraft design.Based on the ANSYS software and ADAMS software,a dynamic analysis model for the flexible multi-body system of an antenna is established.The disturbance force and torque of the antenna under typical driving conditions are analyzed.The reliability of the dynamic analysis method is verified by the ground micro-vibration physical tests.Based on the dynamic analysis model of the antenna flexible multi-body system,the effects of the driving mode and rotational speed on the disturbance force and torque of the antenna are discussed.The results show that the main amplitudes of the disturbance force and torque are concentrated in the low frequency range from 0 Hz to 50 Hz,and the driving mode and rotational speed have no obvious influence on the disturbance frequency of the antenna structure but have effects on the amplitudes of the disturbance force and torque.In the single-axis driving mode,when the driving rotational speed is 0.2 °/s,the disturbance of the antenna is the most severe.In the XY dual-axis driving mode,the antenna disturbance caused by the X-and Y-axis rotation units has a certain degree of superposition,the disturbance of the antenna structure is more severe,and the changes in the disturbance force and torque are more complicated.The present work can provide technical support for the formulation of micro-vibration suppression strategies for spaceborne antennas.
