Abstract
The extravehicular load adapter for space station is a light and small space docking mechanism used for the loading/unloading module of space station and extravehicular exposure tests.In this paper,the application scenario,design idea,product composition,and positioning principle of the Mengtian payload adapter for space station is introduced.In view of the product requirements of high interchangeability and high positioning accuracy,the rod slot positioning mode with 3°~120° uniform distribution is analyzed by means of mathematical modeling,and tests are carried out for verification.The results show that this positioning mode has good positioning accuracy and interchangeable performance,and can be considered as an alternative configuration in the subsequent design process of space docking mechanisms.关键词
