耳穴贴压联合穴位埋线治疗慢性肛周湿疹的疗效观察
Therapeutic observation of auricular point sticking plus catgut embedding for chronic perianal eczema

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of auricular point sticking plus catgut embedding in treating chronic perianal eczema based on perianal block therapy.Method Eighty patients with chronic perianal eczema were divided into an observation group(40 cases,1 dropout)and a control group(40 cases,2 dropouts)using the random number table method.Perianal block therapy with methylene blue mixture was offered to both groups.In addition,the observation group received auricular point sticking plus catgut embedding,and the control group received auricular point sticking.For both groups,the perianal itching intensity score,perianal damp intensity score,perianal skin lesion size and morphology scores,and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score were observed before and after the treatment.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Result After the treatment,the perianal itching intensity score,perianal damp intensity score,perianal skin lesion size and morphology scores,and DLQI score dropped in both groups(P＜0.05)and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The observation group had a higher total effective rate than the control group(P＜0.05),and the relapse rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).No significant adverse reactions happened during the treatment process in either group.Conclusion Based on perianal block therapy,auricular point sticking plus catgut embedding can relieve perianal itching and dampness,improve perianal skin lesion features,and enhance the quality of life in treating chronic perianal eczema,producing more significant efficacy than the sole use of auricular point sticking with a lower relapse rate.关键词
