李仝教授基于伏寒理论治疗肺癌的经验
Professor LI Tong's Experience in Treating Lung Cancer Based on the Theory of"Latent Cold"
摘要
Abstract
Lung cancer has a high incidence and mortality in China.It is often detected and diagnosed by imaging in the early stage,and it is more latent.If there is no cough,sputum production,hemoptysis and other symptoms in the early stage,it often can-not be paid attention to.As a result,the condition of some patients is often in the middle and late stage when diagnosed,and the op-portunity for early treatment is lost.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the early etiology of lung cancer for prevention and early treatment.According to many years of clinical experience,Professor LI Tong pointed out that"latent cold"is an important pathogenic factor of lung cancer,through the innate cold and acquired cold crouching in the human lung.When the lung yang is in-sufficient,it is hidden in the human body,waiting for the opportunity to develop.Its characteristics of gathering,stealthiness,varia-bility and damaging yang is closely related to the disease.So,professor LI proposed three therapeutic principles on its treatment,"preventing before disease onset,regulating constitution","preventing the progress of disease,eliminating pathogenic poison at-tack","tonifying deficiency for long illness,supporting the healthy energy".The effective interventions to treat the disease should be taken timely according to different stages of illness.Regulating the constitution of non-sick people is used to reduce the potential risk factors of lung cancer.For those who are sick in the early stage of the disease,it is timely to clear away heat and detoxify the poison,eliminate swelling and dissipate lumps to prevent the further development of the disease.In the middle and late period,sup-porting the healthy energy and strengthening the stomach qi are applied.Some clinical effect has been achieved.关键词
