为探讨柠条枯枝、苔草枯叶和青杨枯叶是否存在抑制樟子松幼苗生长的化感物质,研究樟子松人工林内天然更新的障碍因子,采用盆栽试验,设置质量浓度为 1 ∶ 50、1 ∶ 250、1 ∶ 500、1 ∶ 1 000 浸提液处理,运用单因素方差分析、双因素方差分析和最小显著极差法,探究 3 种类型浸提液对樟子松 2 年生幼苗生理特性的影响.研究结果表明,1)质量浓度为 1 ∶ 50时,柠条枯枝浸提液对幼苗净光合速率、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量和过氧化氢酶活性表现为显著的抑制作用,分别较对照低34.52%、35.58%、30.50%、40.28%;2)苔草枯叶浸提液对幼苗净光合速率、蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量和丙二醛含量表现为低质量浓度 1 ∶ 1 000 时促进而高质量浓度 1 ∶ 50 抑制的趋势,在质量浓度为 1 ∶ 1 000 时有显著的促进作用,分别较对照高出37.71%、49.22%、18.51%、6.13%;3)青杨枯叶浸提液在质量浓度为 1 ∶ 50 时对净光合速率、丙二醛含量、过氧化氢酶活性和超氧化物歧化酶活性有显著的抑制性,分别低于对照 36.88%、18.24%、45.10%、20.48%.其中,柠条枯枝和青杨枯叶所有质量浓度浸提液对幼苗的可溶蛋白质有促进作用.4)质量浓度对 2 年生樟子松幼苗对净光合速率、蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量测定、过氧化氢酶活性和过氧化物酶活性的离差平方和均大于供体,其余反之.5)浸提液对樟子松幼苗生长阶段的影响由大到小排序为苔草、青杨、柠条.因此,在综合比较之下,可将苔草打碎作为肥料来促进 2 年生樟子松幼苗的生长.

In order to investigate the presence of allelopathic substances that inhibit the growth of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings,and to study the obstacles to natural renewal in P.sylvestris var.mongolica plantations,the effects of three types of extract on seed germination and the growth of 2-year-old seedlings were investigated by using pot plant experiments with mass concentrations of 1 ∶ 50,1 ∶ 250,1 ∶ 500 and 1 ∶ 1 000 extracts,and univariate analysis of variance,two-way ANOVA and least significant range method were used to explore the effects of three types of extracts on seed germination and growth of 2-year-old seedlings.The results showed that:1)In the pot experiment of 2-year old P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings,it was found that the extract of Caragana korshinskii Kom significantly inhibited the net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde content and catalase activity of seedlings when the concentration was 1 ∶ 50.They were 34.52%,35.58%,30.50% and 40.28% lower than the control.2)When the concentration was 1 ∶ 50,the extract of dead leaves of Carex spp.showed a trend of promoting the net photosynthetic rate,transpi-ration rate,chlorophyll content and malondialdehyde content of seedlings at the low concentration of 1 ∶ 1 000 and inhibiting the high concentration of 1 ∶ 50,and had a significant promoting effect at the concentration of 1 ∶ 1 000.They were 37.71%,49.22%,18.51% and 6.13% higher than the control.3)The net photosynthetic rate,malondialdehyde content,catalase activity and superox-ide dismutase activity were significantly inhibited when the concentration was 1 ∶ 50,which were 36.88%,18.24%,45.10% and 20.48% lower than the control,respectively.Among them,all the extracts of C.korshinskii Kom and Poplus spp.could promote the soluble protein of seedlings.4)The sum of squared dispersions of 2-year-old P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings for net photosyn-thetic rate,transpiration rate,chlorophyll content,determination of malondialdehyde content,catalase activity and peroxidase activity were greater than that of the donor,and vice versa.5)The effect of extracts on the growth stage of P.sylvestris var.mongolica seed-lings was ranked as C.spp.>P.spp.>C.korshinskii Kom.Therefore,we can break up the C.spp.as fertilizer to promote the growth of P.sylvestris var.mongolica.
