摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the current situation of huge volume of diverse water projects,complex and difficult forecasting and scheduling tasks,and insufficient informatization of water resources management in Hanjiang River,this study selects Hanjiang River basin as a pilot project for digital twin construction,focusing on flood control and demand of water resources management and allocation,carrying out the development of digital twin platform and"four pre"functions of forecast,early warning,rehearsal and plan.At present,the digital twin of Hanjiang River basin has initially built a basin data base,a unified universal model platform,and a micro services-based knowledge platform,integrating professional models and knowledge mapping with applications.Based on key technologies such as database of joint scheduling rules for water projects,reservoir scheduling method optimization based on water level target control,and flood control and scheduling knowledge graph in flood storage space,smart applications thus can be established,including flood control and scheduling,as well as water resources management and allocation.Relevant technical achievements have been formed in visualization technology,twinning platform,and knowledge map,which can provide support reference for other digital twin construction.
