Data governance technique and system of national groundwater monitoring system

Abstract
In view of the characteristics of groundwater data,this paper proposes a national groundwater monitoring system data governance system,which can achieve massive data governance and integration.The main causes for abnormal data generation in automatic monitoring process are analyzed,based on the entire process from obtaining data in monitoring stations to forming data products.Considering the characteristics of different data types such as real-time groundwater monitoring data,historical monitoring data,and multivariate heterogeneous data parameter,this paper adopts key technologies,including statistical analysis,large data multi-element correlation analysis,adaptive threshold comparison analysis,data-driven models for groundwater data processing,and groundwater numerical models,which are supplemented by a series of online software supporting key technologies.The results show that a transformation of data processing from"relying mainly on manual recognition"to"automatic recognition and manual verification"has been achieved,greatly improving the efficiency of data processing and integration.After governance,the overall data integrity rate has increased from 92.90%to 99.43%,the data accuracy rate has reached 99.01%,the average daily data integrity rate has increased by 5.93%,the real-time monitoring data correction rate has increased by 2.56%,and the rectification rate of compiled data has increased by 0.06%.This system has realized making full use of engineering sites and data,and giving full play to engineering benefits,which provides a strong guarantee for high-level groundwater information service products and intelligent applications.关键词
