Abstract
In order to improve the cumbersome data statistics in handling government service matters,comprehensive display platform for government services of Ministry of Water Resources is developed and constructed based on government service platform of Ministry of Water Resources.The platform is built by applying unified standard and database development model.Based on Java open-source framework and Oracle database,the functional modules are designed and implemented,including government service display module,data statistics and analysis module,user management module,and system management module.The construction of the platform can facilitate the relevant business departments,various river basin management agencies,and regulatory departments to have an overall grasp of the handling status and progress of matters,thus improving and optimizing problems existing in business processing,enhancing the overall business approval and platform application effect.Meanwhile,the platform can provide statistical data query and display tools,add data sources for business reports and public information.The outcome can serve as an important reference for the digital and intelligent development of government services provided by Ministry of Water Resources.关键词
