磁性氮化碳复合材料的制备及在磷酸化肽富集中的应用

Abstract
The efficient enrichment and identify of phosphopeptides are of great significance in biology.In this work,MoO3 functionalized magnetic g-C3N4composite was prepared(Fe3O4/g-C3N4/MoO3).The magnetic g-C3N4 composite had abundant multiple affinity sites,high surface area,and fast magnetic response.Combining the en-richment mechanism of MOAC and AEX,it had good enrichment performance,such as high selectivity(α-casein/β-casein/bovine serum albumin,1:1:2000)and low detection limit(0.1 fmol).At the same time,the composite realized the efficient enrichment of phosphopeptides from nonfat milk,further confirming its huge potential for trace biological protein analysis.关键词
