Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effects of multi-slice spiral CT(128-slice Spiral CT)post-pro-cessing technique on lumbar disc puncture positioning.Methods:The clinical data of 156 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in the Eighth Hospital of Shijiazhuang between February 2020 and February 2021 were retrospec-tively analyzed.All patients were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation of lumbar disc.According to different puncture positioning methods,the patients were divided into observation group(puncture positioning by multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technique,n=126)and control group(puncture positioning by referring to previous experience,n= 30).The surgical status,clinical efficacy,pain degree at different time points after surgery,protrusion volume and length and occurrence of complications were statistically analyzed.Results:The sur-gical time,frequency of puncture,puncture time and frequency of intraoperative fluoroscopy in observation group were significantly shorter or lower than those in control group(P<0.05).At 1 month after surgery,there was no statistical significance in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 d,1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery,the VAS scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before surgery(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups before surgery and at 3 d after surgery,1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery(P>0.05).The protrusion volume and length at 6 months after sur-gery in the two groups were significantly smaller or shorter than those before surgery(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the occurrence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technique has good application effects,and can shorten the surgical time and puncture time,reduce the frequency of puncture and improve the accuracy of puncture positioning.关键词
