Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of arthroscopic plasma radiofrequency ablation on the prognosis and treatment satisfaction of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients.Method:96 KOA patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received tradi-tional arthroscopic surgery,while the study group received arthroscopic plasma radiofrequency ablation.Observe and compare prognosis,joint range of motion,and complications.Result:The Lysholm scores of the knee joint in the study group were(65.9±7.6)points and(85.4±12.4)points at 2 and 6 months after surgery,significantly higher than those in the control group at 2 and 6 months after surgery(54.8±4.9)points and(75.6±10.3)points,respectively(P＜0.05),indicating a better prognosis in the study group;The joint mobility of the study group was(67.4±4.7)°and(86.9±6.7)°at 2 and 6 months postoperatively,significantly higher than that of the control group(45.6±3.9)°and(78.4±4.5)°at 2 and 6 months postoperatively(P＜0.05);The satisfac-tion rate of the research group was 97.9%,while the satisfaction rate of the significantly higher control group was 77.1%(P＜0.05).The hospitalization time of the study group was(9.6±1.1)days,significantly shorter than the hospitalization time of the control group(14.6±2.4)days(P＜0.05),and the medical expenses of the study group were(1.3±0.4)thousand yuan,significantly lower than the medical expenses of the control group(1.9±0.6)thousand yuan..Conclusion:The use of arthroscopic plasma radiofrequency ablation for KOA patients can sig-nificantly improve prognosis,joint mobility,and satisfaction.At the same time,it can significantly shorten the pa-tient's hospitalization time and reduce their medical expenses.关键词
