Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of three different reconstruction algorithms,filtered back projection(FBP),40%adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction(ASiR)and 50%multi-model iterative reconstruction al-gorithm(ASiR-V),on the quality of upper abdominal CT images at low doses.influence.Methods:Thirty patients who received upper abdominal CT examination in our hospital from June 2021 to February 2022 were selected,and GE Discovery CT 750 HD CT machine was used for low-dose scanning of the upper abdomen.The obtained images were calculated by FBP,ASiR and ASiR-V to measure the CT value and background noise(SD)value of each or-gan such as the liver and spleen,and compare the SNR and CNR levels.The images were professionally evaluated subjectively by 2 physicians.Results:The SD values of FBP images of liver,spleen and pancreas were the highest,and the 50%ASiR-VSD values were the lowest,and the SD values of 50%ASiR-V images of each organ were lower than those of FBP and 40%ASiR(P<0.05);the SNR and CNR values of the FBP images of the liver,spleen and pancreas were the lowest,and the 50%ASiR-VSD value was the highest,and the SNR and CNR val-ues of the 50%ASiR-V images of each organ were lower than those of FBP and 40%ASiR(P<0.05);the scores of 50%ASiR-V images were better than those of FBP and 40%ASiR images in the subjective scores of physicians(P<0.05).The agreement of image quality scores between the 2 radiologists was excellent(Kvalue>0.70).Conclu-sion:In three different CT examinations with low radiation dose of upper abdomen,50%ASiR-V is better than 40%ASiR and FBP algorithm,which can effectively reduce image noise,increase the CNR and SNR of the image,and improve the overall CT examination image.quality.For the better upper abdominal CT examination program.关键词
