摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in evaluating the angle of superior mes-enteric artery and hemodynamic changes in patients with Abdominal obesity(AO)before and after meals.Methods:180 AO patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research group,and another 146 normal patients were selected as the control group.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(ceus)was per-formed before and after meals to observe the changes of the Angle and hemodynamics of superior mesenteric artery before and after meals.Results:The angle and D value between abdominal aorta(AA)and superior mesenteric ar-tery(SMA)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group before and after meals,and the inner diameter,pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of blood vessels were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the maximum blood flow velocity(Vmax),average velocity(Vmean)and blood flow per minute(BP)were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).In the patients in the study group,the greater the angle between AA and SMA,the greater the Vmax,Vmean and BP,and the smaller the vessel diameter,PI and RI(P＜0.05).Conclusion:AO before a meal,after eating the superior mesenteric ar-tery in patients with Angle and the hemodynamic than normal people have great changes,and AO superior mesen-teric artery in patients with Angle and hemodynamic has certain relations.关键词
