颅内压监测仪在软通道微创引流术治疗高血压脑出血中的应用价值分析
Application value of intracranial pressure monitor in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with soft channel minimally invasive drainages

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of intracranial pressure monitor in the treatment of hyperten-sive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)with soft channel minimally invasive drainage.Methods:The clinical data of 93 cases with HICH who were treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and grouped according to different treatment methods.Among them,cases who received soft channel minimally inva-sive drainage were included in control group(49 cases),and cases who received intracranial pressure monitor com-bined with soft channel minimally invasive drainage were included in observation group(44 cases).The hematoma-related conditions,inflammatory factor levels,oxidative stress indicators,complications and prognosis were compared in two groups.Results:Compared with observation group,the intraoperative suctioned hematoma vol-ume,suctioned hematoma volume-to-volume ratio,and postoperative hematoma emptying time in control group were higher(t=7.373,25.611,6.099,P<0.001).After treatment,the serum CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels in two groups were decreased,and compared with control group,the CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αin observation group were lower(t=48.328,8.992,19.056,P<0.001).After treatment,the serum SOD and GSH-Px in the two groups were increased,and MDA was decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the serum SOD and GSH-Px in observation group were higher,and MDA was lower(t=8.545,5.027,18.791,P<0.05).The rate of complications in control group was higher than that in observation group(30.61%vs 11.37%)(χ2=5.088,P=0.024).The good prognosis rate in control group was lower than that in observation group(63.27%vs 86.37%)(χ2 = 6.460,P = 0.011).Conclusion:Intracranial pressure monitor combined with soft channel minimally invasive drainage can effectively remove hematoma in cases with HICH,reduce oxidative stress and in-flammatory response with fewer complications and better prognosis.hemorrhage;glutathione peroxidase.关键词
