Abstract
Objective:To analyze the expression levels and regulatory mechanisms of serum miR-192-5p and miR-22-3p in patients with gouty arthritis.Method:65 patients with gouty arthritis and 65 healthy examinees admit-ted to Qinhuangdao First Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were divided into an observation group and a control group,respectively.The expression levels and relative surface area of miR-192-5p and miR-22-3p in the patients'serum were detected using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.The erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)was measured using a hematocrit analyzer,and blood uric acid(BUA)Result:Compared with the con-trol group,the relative expression levels of miR-192-5p and miR-22-3p in the serum of the observation group patients increased(P<0.05),ESR and BUA increased(P<0.05),and serum TNF increased-α、IL-6,IL-1β The expression levels of IL-10 and Th1/Th2 increased(P<0.05),.ROC curve analysis revealed that serum miR-192-5p and miR-22-3p have good diagnostic efficacy in gouty arthritis.Conclusion:Patients with gouty arthri-tis have abnormally elevated serum miR-192-5p and miR-22-3p,which may be related to inflammatory and immune responses.关键词
