硬膜外分娩镇痛管理对分娩阵痛质量及泌乳功能的影响
Effect of epidurallabor analgesia management on labor pain quality and lactation function
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of epidural analgesic management on labor pain quality and lactation function.Methods:A total of 120 primipara who gave birth in obstetrics and gynecology from December 2020 to De-cember 2022 in Hengshui Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Hebei Province were selected as the research ob-jects.According to the subjective wishes of the primipara and their families,they were divided into analgesic group(n=64)and control group(n=56).The analgesic group was given epidural nerve block anesthesia for painless de-livery.The control group refused to take painless labor measures.The differences of labor time,neonatal Apgar score,first lactation time and serum prolactin(PRL)level between the two groups were recorded.Results:The first and second stages of labor in the analgesic group were shorter than those in the control group.The VAS scores of each segment from the opening of uterine opening 3～4 cm to fetal delivery in the analgesic group were lower than those in the control group.The time of initial lactation in the analgesic group was earlier than that in the con-trol group.There was no significant difference in 1min Apgar score and 5minApgar score between 2 groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The application of EPidural analgesia in parturient women can significantly reduce the pain stress response caused by labor,promote early lactation in parturient women,and have no adverse effects on neo-nates.关键词
