妇科疾病合并糖尿病患者手术治疗前后HbAlc与RBP4水平的变化及其意义
Changes and significance of HbAlc and RBP4 levels in patients with gynecological diseases and diabetes mellitus before and after surgical treatment

Abstract
Objective:To explore the changes and significance of the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)and retinol-binding protein 4(RBP4)in patients with gynecological diseases and diabetes mellitus before and after sur-gical treatment.Methods:A total of 112 patients with gynecological diseases and diabetes who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2020 were gathered as the observation group;at the same time,108 patients with gynecological diseases without diabetes who underwent surgery in our hospital were collected as the control group.HbA1c level was determined by high performance liquid chromatography;the levels of RBP4 in were determined by ELISA;the risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients were analyzed by Logistic regression;the predictive value of HbAlc and RBP4 levels on the prognosis of patients was analyzed by ROC curve.Results:Before surgery,the levels of HbAlc and RBP4 in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group;after surgery,the levels of HbAlc and RBP4 in the two groups were decreased compared with those be-fore surgery,and the levels in the observation group were still higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The duration of diabetes,HbAlc and RBP4 level were risk factors for poor prognosis(P＜0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of HbAlc and RBP4 for predicting prognosis in patients with gynecological diseases and diabetes was 0.746 and 0.785,with a sensitivity of 69.60%and 73.90%and a specificity of 75.30%and 79.80%,respec-tively.Conclusion:After surgical treatment of gynecological diseases combined with diabetes mellitus,the levels of HbAlc and RBP4 decreased,and the determination of the two levels can effectively reflect the prognosis of patients.关键词
