Abstract
objective:to The correlation of hepatic venous iododol and prognosis during transcatheter arterial chemo-embolization(Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE)was observed and recorded by imaging examina-tion to provide a basis for the prognosis evaluation of clinical liver cancer patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 214 patients with liver cancer treated with TACE from January to 2023 in Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital was 2021,all patients were examined by abdominal contrast-enhanced CT and/or MRI before operation.The intraoperative conditions,severe complications and time of death were analyzed.Linear Pearson correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis.Results:During the operation,5 cases were found to have hepatic vein lipiodol electric track,and all had postoperative complications.The density of hepatic parenchyma and the diameter of hepatic vein in the good prognosis group were significantly lower than those in the bad prognosis group(p＜0.05).The Linear Pear-son correlation analysis showed that the density of hepatic parenchyma and the diameter of hepatic vein were posi-tively correlated with the prognosis(r = 0.413,0.906,p＜0.05),there was a positive correlation between the density of hepatic parenchyma and the diameter of hepatic vein(r = 0.412,p＜0.05).Conclusion:there is a corre-lation between"iododol electric rail"and the prognosis,and the related CT examination parameters of liver paren-chyma density and liver vein diameter can be used as indicators to predict the prognosis.关键词
